How to Make a QR Code With a Logo (Free)

A QR code with your logo in the centre looks far more trustworthy and on-brand than a plain black square. Here's how to make one for free — and, importantly, one that never expires and doesn't route scans through a third party.

Why 'static' beats 'dynamic'

Many QR generators make 'dynamic' codes that point at their server, which can expire, start showing ads, or track everyone who scans. A static code encodes your link directly, so it works forever and no one sits between your code and your visitors.

Design your branded QR code

  1. 1Open the QR Code Generator and enter your link (or Wi-Fi, vCard, WhatsApp, etc.).
  2. 2In the Logo tab, upload your logo (or pick a preset) — error correction is raised automatically so the code still scans.
  3. 3Style it: dot and corner shapes, solid or gradient colours, and an optional 'Scan me' frame. Then download a crisp PNG or a scalable SVG.

Keep it scannable

Keep strong contrast between the code and the background, don't shrink the logo too large, and test the code with your phone before printing. Everything is generated on your device — your content never leaves your browser.
